ABOUT:

I am a 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who strives to create a safe, direct, and compassionate therapeutic environment that honors the inherent dignity and worth of every person. As an egalitarian clinician, I value a collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we will develop a plan tailored to your unique goals, needs, and intentions.

Along the way, I may gently challenge you to explore patterns of behavior, emotions, and beliefs that no longer serve you, creating opportunities for deeper self-discovery and self-awareness. I believe that the past often lives within the present, shaping how we relate to ourselves and others. As part of our work together, I may invite you to examine underlying wounds and the roots from which they emerged. My hope is that through our partnership, we can move toward healing, greater resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being—even in the face of adversity.

I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation and integration, and attachment-based EMDR. I often integrate these approaches with somatic psychotherapy to support greater alignment between mind and body. The nervous system does not communicate primarily through language, which means there are certain emotions, experiences, and core beliefs that cannot be resolved through insight alone. Somatic therapy and EMDR can help bridge the gap between the thinking brain and the feeling brain, allowing for healing on a deeper level. I also have a profound appreciation for the ways psychedelic work can deepen self-understanding and support transformational growth.

Outside of private practice, I have worked in crisis stabilization, residential treatment for survivors of sex trafficking, and substance use treatment settings. As an immigrant, I understand the importance of viewing mental health through a multicultural, decolonized lens and am committed to providing culturally responsive care. I work closely with BIPOC individuals and communities, honoring the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges that shape their lives.

You do not have to carry your pain alone. Safe connection is medicine. While we cannot undo the past, we can work toward healing old wounds, cultivating greater self-awareness, accessing your inner wisdom, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your most authentic self.
